I always liked this show, it was close to reality until that Tom Arnold guy (Rosanne's ex-hubby) took over production and when they hit the lottery. It just wasn't that good anymore. It was all over the place. Cast members left, then came back...to bad situations...it was depressing towards the end.

god i love this show....minus the last season. Jackie was my favorite character, she's a hell of an actress. if i remember correctly she won a shit ton of Emmy's for best supporting actress for Roseanne. she's freaking hilarious.

the show was good when the kids were small, then all sorts of unnecessary characters entered the show. The Grandmother always shitted me, as did Laurie Metcalf as the sister one minute she was a cop, then a truckdriver then a mother... it was silly...
