Muffy's 88 year old Granny Sweet visits the store and is quite a surprise: She can ride a motorcycle like a wild mouse, she plays the bagpipes and she likes hot-chili pepper. But she's a true grandmother underneath. The gang later does a play for her: "Little 'blue' riding hood."

  • I have a step-grandmother on my mom's side. But she's fun and I call her "grandma" out of love. I never knew my biological grandmothers. My maternal one died six years before I was born and my paternal one died when I was only a year old.

  • Unlike Sam, Muffy can...spell!

  • My grandmother is also 88 now.

  • This makes me both happy and sad. I was extremely close to my paternal grandmother until when I was in my 20's she developed alzheimer's and forgot who I was. She passed away in 2011 and that produced mixed emotions too. Even outside the sentimental area,I respect grandparents very much. Even if both of them are dead.

  • Hey... she doesn't talk in rhyme?
