You remove the hard disk from the PC tablet and put it in a standard computer with a CD/DVD drive (laptop or desktop). You format this hard disk.
When it's finish, you copy the folder "WIN95" or "WIN98" from a CD of Win95 or 98 to the hard disk.
Then, you put this hard disk in the PC tablet. And you can to boot with a floppy boot for to install Windows 95 ou 98.
