Because ICA and TIFA have graduated many successful chefs, Dr. Yingsak wants to share his knowledge and experience cooking Thai food with your hotel and restaurants. His program desires to promote world class Thai cuisine internationally. Logically, who could teach others the essence of Thai food better than Thai's themselves. For these reasons our schools are opening their doors to your hotels and restaurants. We recognized that you may want to serve Thai food but the opportunities to learn how to prepare it are lacking. We are now accommodating chefs from outside Thailand who may want to widen their field of training and experience by learning to cook Thai food with our Thai instructors. We are also considering starting programs to come to your countries to train your chefs which would save them from having to come to Thailand.
