Honestly, the Empire could have easily annihilated both the Soviets and the Allies if only they focused more on creating terminators and robo-maids than Gundams

1: It slows down your forces, this is the power's drawback

#2 and #3 is the power's abilities.

2: Strengthens your forces to be more effective

3: Increases the fire rate of your forces, at level 3 it be insanely fast firing. Can be used on enemies?
