  • I dont understand wtf everyone is talking about. How is a cover of a song featured in a movie a rip off of Mr. Bungle? Yes DFD is influenced heavily by Pattons work, but this is a cover, not DFD trying to be Mr. Bungle or any other Patton project. Im a huge fan of both bands, and i dont recall a single Bungle song that sounded like this, and if I did, that would be PATTON taking inspiration from Grease! It is possible to have similar taste in music and not be a "rip off." DFD is amazing.THE END

  • @dreamtheaterz28 Fully agree

  • @kralle333 Thank you : D

  • @dreamtheaterz28 i agree with the awesomeness!!!!

  • @dreamtheaterz28 Mr bungle and dog fashion share band mates, along with an ex vocalist from mushroomhead, great post though

  • @dreamtheaterz28 I second that

  • @diablowigglz Im well aware of this kid. You're not "educating" anyone. And if you could read, people are comparing the sound of this song to Mr. Bungle, which is ridiculous. If you know anything about DFD or Todd and Jasan, you would know they do covers all the time of odd 80s songs and things of the like(mostly live) . Why dose it matter if Patton recited ONE FUCKING LINE FROM THIS SONG in Travolta/ Quote, Unquote. Sorry but that dosent say "rip off" by any means. Learn what rip off means boy

  • @dreamtheaterz28 Actually these lyrics are used in a Mr. Bungle song as an ode to grease. It's in a song on the album with the clown on the cover (can't remember the album name). Find it kind of odd that DFD happens to cover this same song? I do. If they truly wanted to separate themselves from Mr. Bungle and Mike Patton they would have never touched this song. Whatever though, I like both bands just wanted to educate you.

  • I appreciate this. I'm huge on Mr. Bungle. But I must admit, this is kind of a blatant ripoff. Come' on, be alittle original
