I have a Question does the 2007 chevy switch from using its v8 motor to a v6 when not needed?

I don't think the 07 have that features and it's from v8 to 4 cyl anyway.

@1KREEPAH3 YES THEY DO! i had an 07 LTZ Z71 and yes it had active fuel management when not all 4 cylinders was not needed

@1KREEPAH3 all the nnbs trucks do yes, mainly when going down hills or simply letting off it goes from 8 to 4cyl

I'm gonna be honest, you salesmen never have a frickin clue what you're talking about when you're selling lifted trucks. You need to know the people that you're selling to. the people that are going to buy this thing want to know what type of lift it is, a couple of specs on the lift, what kind of shocks, and tires are really important too. Research more about what you're selling and you'll sell more of these quicker.

yes the 2007.5 nbs does switch from v8 to v4 uslly if you have a good tail wind or going down hill, good if you have flat h ways and orrible for in town mileage
