code 59 surging with precision turbo high impedance injectors

Mainly uploaded this for a message forum. This is a 7730 ECM with PLX 3 bar map and PLX Wide Band O2 running a Code 59 .bin and having problems. It runs perfect with stock injectors but after installing 65# Precision Turbo injectors this is what happens. After nearly two months of troubleshooting this and swapping injectors/ecm's etc I'm going to change over to a Megasquirt ecm.

Check engine light is on because I already started removing the factory ecm's harness before trying some last minute suggestions on code 59. I wasn't about to reach down and plug the knock sensor back in for this test :)
