I had the surgery 3 years ago; I started out at 275 and dropped to 145, the weight I've hovered around since. I don't even go to the gym.
What's wrong with you?

You can take the dried beans & boil 1 cup of water for every 1 cup of dry beans. add the beans to boiling water and remove from heat. let them set for a few minutes. I love dried beans!!
Hey, someone sent me this one of yours, I was talking about Black Beans. Have you ever made them from dried beans? I have a pack, not sure how to cook them. Have you tried that yet? Lori

My stepmother did that when i was growing up.. youi basically can soak them overnight then cook them. I prefer canned beans.. way easier
