I'm not quite following what you're pointing out or are you just reiterating something that I've already pointed out? I'm a Pave Hawk crew chief and I've never heard of P.A.V.E. being a program. The word Pave is only part of the helicopter's nomenclature.

Also, There is no E variant of the H-60.

Army models are not called Pave Hawks. MH-60 are still Black Hawks even though they look like the Air Force's Pave Hawk. All of the Air Force's HH-60s are PAVE Hawks. Just wanted to point that out. :)
