When you open your eyes to what has happened and still happens in the world... it is easier to wake up and thank God for your own life even with its problems. The problems may seem trivial compared to what others have walked in their life.

@lolwhat221 I knew a guy who'd lived through the Sierra Leone civil war and fled to the "developed world". He got settled, but then lost his job and had to survive off benefits, under pressure to send back money back home for his family. He said the depression he felt then was actually worse than the war because it was unremitting and made him feel worthless. If you feel despair who's to say someone else's is worse? Saying that, people should make effort to appreciate what they have.

An amazing song that tells a story of pain and struggling, and how he overcame it all.
And even if you don't like the song, try to see the story of suffering behind it.

Fuck people don't like this song.
Mm it really makes you think, so many people in the developed world think that their lives are hopeless because they lose a loved one or their buisness colapsed, I just want to slap these people and tell them they should try a single day of being a Sudanese war child, then they'll know despair, loss and true hopelessness.
