Muppets - Rainbow Connection (piano cover)

Me playing Rainbow Connection from the Muppets Movie. I know I play it a bit too fast, but oh well.

I played this by ear, so I don't have sheet music, but I did come up with the chords. It's in the key of A:

Intro: A D (x4)
Main Verse: A F#m D E (x4)
Chorus: D D E F#, D E E F#, D E A

Repeat all of the above once, after the end of the chorus, it goes to:

Bridge: E F#m D E

Transition to Bb: (E F) - played quickly

Now it's just the same thing again, but it's up a half tone:

Main Verse: Bb Gm Eb F
Chorus: Eb Eb F G, Eb F G, Eb F
Ending: Bb F Gm Eb, Eb F Bb
