Thanks for uploading this! im 24 nd have had relfux for over a year now and sometimes find it very hard to deal with! i enjoy exercise and keeping fit and hate feeling so unhealthy from it! i read up about it for hours on end hopeing theres a way i could get rid of it! im really thinking about the surgery as an option as i just want to feel better and dont wanna take the medication for the rest of my life
