When the leads are plugged into the circuit, The Flashing Stops. This is the way a properly built Bob Beck Blood Electrifier/Silver Pulser is supposed to operate. Only then will it send all the voltage down into the blood. Next showing with the leads removed and toggled to the Off position( Toggle switch to the right). This Pulser "Off" setting is also "On" for Colloidal Silver Generation. When The Leads are removed there is no drain on the batteries in this postion. To check the Silver circuit, Start by plugging the leads into the jack closest to the Yellow Led with the toggle to "Off" position and touch leads together to Light.
