The woman asked the black woman, who was hogging 2 seats, to allow her to sit down on one of the seats. As everyone pays for the bus ride, everyone should have the right to sit. The selfish black lady took 2. The chinese woman cant speak english well so she had trouble asking, and it came out sounding aggressive. The black woman then started shit with her.

@fenglouis perhaps she did swear because she's frustrated at this insensitive person hogging 2 seats while everyone's standing up even though they all paid. maybe having the courage to request to sit down may appear bold for she's not fully fluent. however, it is clear the person hogging the seat is purposely pushing people's buttons and using intimadating motion and language by waving the hand in the other's face when she was in the wrong. also notice who assaulted whom first before you judge.
