I just said that i would never put those ingredients in Lasagna to keep with traditional regional Italian cuisine. BUT i forgot that there are people like you in the U.S that wait an hour and a half to sit at a table at Olive Garden and think they just ate in Italy. hint , that was an insult. I love guy but how can every thing you taste be " money" i've been cooking Italian for 22 years and own 2 italian restaurants ( Born and raised in italy ) and i would NEVER put those ingredients into a lasagna. This guy goes through all the trouble of making his own pasta and cheese etc then he makes a stromboli in lasagna sheets, CMON!
