The Stories and Experiences of Volunteer Health Professionals
Reggie is an emergency medical technician from New York City and now lives in Oklahoma City. She helped to set up shelters after Hurricane Gustav and is proud to assist her community when she is needed.

The Emergency System for Advance Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals (ESAR-VHP) is a federal program created to support states and territories in establishing standardized volunteer registration programs for disasters and public health emergencies.
