@lazur1 It's amazing that after gaining 198Lbs, & then losing 218Lbs, Randall still had tight, smooth, blemish-free skin. Usually people who lose that much weight need surgery for the excess skin, and have stretch marks.

@f;The whole story: Bruce was a 203Lb bodybuilder who, over 21months, purposely got up to 401 lbs, to see how strong he could get. He got -very- strong: Tho he was fat, it's on top of -lots- of muscle. He trained hard while gaining weight & ate healthy food. After he felt he'd done all could do, (he says the food expense got to be too much), he went down to 183 Lbs,(actually too thin for his frame), in only 32wks! Over the next 3 1/2 yrs he went up to a ripped 231 Lbs & won Mr Universe 1959.

i remember when i got my first dp weight set back in 1980 . bruce was the guy in the instruction manual , he taught me all the basics of weightlifting. since then i became a pro wrestler(my dream). long live bruce randell !!!!!!
