Baileigh Slip and Plate Rolls, Sheet Metal Roller, Rolling Machine, Slip Roll

Baileigh Industrial has a fantastic bending roll machine line that consists of 15 models of slip rolls and plate rolls to choose from. These bending rolls come in two categories: 1. Slip roll version This is a machine that is for lighter gauges of material like sheet metal with a maximum capacity of 16-gauge. 2. Plate roll version This machine is for heavier gauges of metal plate from 14-gauge up to a maximum capacity of 3-gauge mild steel.

The sheet metal roller line consists of a few slip roll machines that are manually driven by the operator as well as some that have motor to gearbox drives. Some of the manual machines can be bench or floor stand mounted depending on your shop floor situation.

Our manual slip rolls are offered from 12 to 50 inches wide with capacities from 22 to 16 gauge mild steel. These machines are ruggedly built to the same standards as our larger electrically driven slip roll machines.

Baileighs powered slip roller is 50 inches wide and can accept a piece of sheet metal at its full width down to 16 gauge mild steel. Like all of our sheet metal roller machines, this model comes standard with wire grooves.

The plate roll line consists of a several single pinch and double pinch versions to choose from. A single pinch plate roller can be had for a smaller investment as it only has three rolls. Double pinch bending rolls have four rolls allowing for pre-bending and post-bending all in one process, which saves a lot of production time. This is especially important when working with thicker and wider metal plate. Both our single pinch and double pinch machines have hydraulic driven rolls with DRO (digital read outs) positioning of the back and front roll (if applicable to the model).
