I do. It's not that much hassle picking them out of the cooked piece. Especially if you grew up eating fish, you know how it's built and it's really not much hassle. Besides, when out fishing by the lake with friends you ordinarily don't have the conditions for filleting it (not to such extent), so you just cook it camp-style and pick the bones from the cooked piece right before consuming it. Think of it as a ritual, that way it won't get on your nerves.
