This game is an old favourite of mine. Not to be confused with the more recent "Urban Chaos: Riot Response" (which is unrelated), Urban Chaos is an action-adventure game from 1999 in which you play a rookie cop "D'arci Stern" and her vigilante sidekick "Roper". The plot revolves around a mysterious street gang known as the "Wildcats" which overwhelms the Union City police force in an attempt to take over the city.
