You don't have to be any specific age for a prepaid credit card.
Tell your parents about it - maybe they don't know that prepaid cards exist. You can have it in your own name, or one of your parents can get it in their own names. It's not like a regular credit card - it's prepaid, which means ANYBODY can get one. You can even buy them in many retail stores and 7-11 stores, gas stations, etc etc.
