Why alcohol is forbidden in Islam and Christianity

Pick & choose what ever videos you like to suit your argument. But it's not alcohol alone. It's not religion alone. Look to drugs, look to politics or use black, white or yellow races for your explanation but it's not that either, it's man. oh yes alcohol is not for every body i drink vine with food all my life i dont have problem with it it does not alter my mind even as young if we get a bit too much i never lose my sense of reality you have to have very strong mind to handle alcohol as for drugs cigaretes or any other substance which never appeal to me it is a stuff for veak and helpless minds seeking escape from reality same for religion which is used to sedate despearate mind it is probably worse then alcohol
