Hi, great workout!! I loved your circuit, it's very multidimensional and works all around. Just one question, when you squat all the way past the 90 degree angle with the knees wouldn't that generate more stress on the knees and does no good for the knee?? thanks

Thanks for the question. This is unfortunately a very common myth. In fact, when you squat and don't aim for below parallel (I say aim for, because some beginners lack the strength, mobility and flexibility to squat low at first, but it should be a goal), You strengthen the front of the legs, so the back of the legs remain weak, causing imbalance and instability to the joint (basically) - this is what can contribute to knee pain. Below parallel strengthens all muscle and works to prevent pain :)

Hi, I can hardly believe the type of exercises you perform with the 16kg kettleball. Especially in the context of all your squatting movements and then pressing it above your head with one arm! Your type of exercises probably generate real strength, not merely repetative bench press strength. If its okay to ask, does your strength benefit you outside of a gym environment?
