@mrincrediblenjyadigg I think the main reason why X isn't in there, is because when Ultimate came out, he wasn't there, but people STILL bought it. I know it'd be extreme to boycott a game just for one character, but if the people want it bad enough, Capcom would add him.

@PeroMenalo Yeah but how useful or interesting were those power ups in his games exactly? Even the Tornado move wasn't even his own it was an enemies, and again it doesn't explain his Shoryuken or some of his weird looking normals, just look how goofy that hand stand launcher kick looks.

Eddie Flip Top gave classic megaman powers he aquired in all the classic games (MM1 - 8). Tornado Hold, Leaf Shield, even the Mega Ball. Only one of his supers were weird (it looked like homage to X) and everything with Beat and Rush was feesable considering where the series came from.

@mrincrediblenjyadigg Megaman Classic is an oddball case, in MVC1 and 2 he had moves he never used in his games (the most he did in his games was jump and shoot) in those games they gave him a Shoryuken, a wierd upwards handstand kick, several weapons and items like the leaf shield that Classic never used and he had a Shinki Hadoken style beam super where he turned into a robot which again he's never done before, he was basically a shoto disguised as him. X and Volnutt at least have other moves
