Economic impact CAN be positive, too, in the short term and the long term.  That it must be negative is an old, O-L-D argument to do nothing... or to continue with business as usual.

BTW,

Politics of fear is not the way to promote Green Energy. Green Energy makes a lot of sense because apart form the initial investment the energy is almost free over the long term.
