@Romi290995 Why should they be ashamed? They are in the business of selling videos... they are just letting you see a sampling so you'll know if you want to buy. YouTube wouldn't allow them to show the whole video.

I can feel the pain I'd have in my lower back after doing this one just from watching. A lot of those moves don't look like they'd be too forgiving on the back at all, especially the way they are leaning forward. I don't know, there are proper ways to hold your body when you work out so that you're not putting strain on the spine and back muscles... it doesn't look like they are considering that in this.
