I am wondering if the Mark 2 and Mark 3 can burn wood as well as coal? I know you can't burn coal in a wood stove but I would think you could burn wood in a coal stove since the BTU is less for wood.

Yes you can burn wood in this stove also, I just use coal. thanks, Jason

used the same concrete mold outside for a walkway .. lol .. crazy idea to use it indoors ... does the small step up give you issues with loading the coal or ash pan removal?

I got the mold at Home Depot \ Lowes it was only $10.00.
