  • I take groups of seniors to movies and really appreciate your perspective -- love your reviews more than Rotten Tomatoes! Can you cover "The King's Speech" with that is released in late November?

  • I love your bi-faceted reviews of movies. You've got maturity in your perspective, a good grasp of language, and an immediacy in your feeling about the pictures. I like yours better than Rotten Tomatoes!

  • IM 24 AND THIS MOVIE WAS INSPIRATIONAL... 2010' The Times They Are a-Changin' !

  • I was 12 when I first saw this movie, had been a fan since I was 9, and I loved this movie. I am this movie's young audience.

  • no direction home is a great documentry. have you seen "dont look back"? i bought it and went right for the dirctors comentary.

  • Yeah, same here. I love the movie. I'd say I like "No direction home better" but ya know. lol

  • i thought this was one of the best movies i've ever seen. it was clever that the movie was as mysterious as dylan. a great documentry to understand dylan is no direction home, but that only shows his life up until his car crash in 1966, the rest you should research. see the movie, research dylan and then see the movie again.

  • you gotta love constructive criticism.

  • I think that the images and dialogue in this movie are powerful enough to draw in even someone who knows very little about Dylan's life. Everyone who has 2 hours to spare should see this film.

  • It's a very creative film and I admire that. But the idea of making a film about someone where the whole idea is that you can't do that... it was boring to me. It's fun at times, but it ain't Dylan. He's a chameleon, sure, but he's not some total mystery. He's utterly human and real. The film is all parody, very phoney. Especially coming on the heels of Scorsese's superb documentary, which featured Dylan himself being so candid and real, and his wonderful memoir, this is hardly insightful.
