  • Mazda Miata/Dodge Viper. Love it! What program did you use to design and cut the wood? Was it laser cut? Im a digital arts major and have use to that type of equipment and software, this would be a killer project...

  • @A762x39K Thanks for the compliments, I had the wood cut on a simple wood cutting cnc. I used a few programs but the one I cover in these series of videos I used 3ds Max.

  • What did you use to bond the foam sheets together?

  • @ytdfinke23 Actually i just used regular wood glue, it works great.

  • You have no idea how much respect I have for you guys, one question though: when you're cutting all the fine details, such as in an earlier episode cutting the cavity for the liscence plate, are you using the wooden guides or do you go entirely by feel and visualisation?

  • Very impressive. Do you use 3ds max to program the CNC machine for cutting the wood or do you use measurements from 3ds max and input them into another program such as autocad? Very curious as to how you transition from a 3d model to 2d woodcuts!

  • lol look at there head while there moving ,

  • @antisoundtech The foam brand is Foamular 250 and we bought it in bulk from HomeDepot. It comes in various sizes.

  • @cossiematttt The Foam is from a local hardware store bought in bulk. We used 1" thick by 4'x8' sheets, and there are many thicknesses you can get. The brand is Foumular 250.
