Home build power turbine turbojet kart!

In this video I show the first time that my gasturbine powered kart is fired up for the first time after the conversion from thrust power to a powerturbine setup (freepower setup).
It was a succes although the gasgenerator wasn't able to run at low rpm and that is why it suddenly stopped. The smoke in the end was unburnt diesel sprayed into the hot combustion chamber.

i suggest using liguid hydrogen as your fuel xD! or rocket fuel or something

@jacobinho93 Thanks for showing interest in my project. I don't have much time to work on it, but I'm working on a new combustion chamber and flametube. I also want to get rid of the leafblower to start up the engine, I'm working on an electric starter, which would be so much better than the old leafblower.

@berndsen1984 your work is VERY impressive, i would like to make something like that someday... if you have seen the movie Priest, look at the guy's bike, its like a jet engine with tires, i would REALLY like to make something like that, it may sound childish but thats my dream haha

@flaps20check It took me a long time to build and I don't have that much spare time anymore. I need to make some modifications to the gasgenerator, because it didn't run properly at low rpm. That is going to take a lot of time as well, so I don't think it will be road ready very soon.
