Little do you understand. First of all, where did Allah s.w.t. say He would change the laws of biology and not allow people to die in Mecca and Medinah? the cities itself have not been harmed.

Secondly, the prophet (s.a.w.) himself predicted that there would be large amounts of death and killing in Mecca. Thank you for proving that point.
