The leading media companies are still highlighting the new facts about the Genocide Resolution Adoption. New facts are being revealed. It became known that the U.S. President G. W. Bush managed to convince one of the congressmen to vote against the Armenian Genocide Resolution by his unique linguistic skill.Puerto Rico's representative in the U.S. Congress said he switched his vote on a bill as US President George W. 'I told before that if the Armenian Genocide Resolution will be adopted in the House Committee on Foreign Affairs then I will include that Resolution in the agenda of the plenary session of the House of Representatives. Now the resolution is on its way to the the House of Representatives'.

Meanwhile the US Secretary Condoleezza Rice and the Defense Minister Robert Gates called Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi not to put the N106 Resolution in the agenda of the plenary session of the House of Representatives. In their letter to Nancy Pelosi they mentioned the following:
'The discussion of the N106 Resolution in plenary session of the House of Representatives will do damage to US soldiers. It will result in the reduction of the aid sent to Iraq and Afghanistan and will bring a big destruction in our efforts of establishing peace between Armenia and Turkey'.
Israel's government expressed concern on Thursday over the U.S. congressional debate on the Armenian Genocide Resolution.
'We take the Turkish concerns very seriously. We have an excellent relationship with Turkey,' Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev said. He told that the Israeli policy towards the Armenian Genocide has not changed. Israel accepts the fact of the Armenian massacre but abstains form naming it'genocide'. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in the frame of which U.S. and Turkey widely cooperate, hopes that both countries will manage to normalize the tense situation that occurred between them. This statement has been made by an anonymous NATO official, who has also mentioned that NATO is not going to comment this matter as it is two-sided issue and has nothing to do with the institution.
