  • It's the South Korean Flag. We train in South Korea. Part of the South Korean Muay Thai Association...

  • Why is the China flag on the back? Muay Thai isn`t from Thailand? -_-"

  • It's not the China Flag. It's the South Korean flag. That is where we train. Part of the South Korean Muay Thai association...

  • @orkanman55 he is simply at a beginner. everyone kicks like that in the first couple weeks.

  • Haha..soo bad

  • un consejo el pie de atras debe estar siempre en punta

  • wtf u know wat muay thai is

  • open up your hips your kicks need a lot more rotation...stepping 45 degrees to the side helps a lot while pivoting on your support foot also it helps to swing one arm to generate more speed and power. Muay Thai is known for their devastating kicks both low and high kicks. Use your body mass while punching especially on the hooks also on your straight cross punches extend them easiest way is to think like a sword and just go through the opponent..You have power use it!!!

  • lmao @ 1:00-1:05 ... works ever time!! i love using it in the later rounds wen cardio starts kickin in...one of ma fav. techniques!

  • I guess he got it easy..it's 30 secs short too.... missing all other attacks plus 20L 20 R fast kicks toward the end of every round. Shit! things i have to go thru to pass my test. And it's 3 of 3 mins round. this is only the first Level 1 test.

  • all the possibilities of what it could be in order to make that person strong enough to use the power of the Hip instead of a single joint mover like the Knee. I don't know anything about this guy so I have no idea how he is training outside the ring to maximize his performance.
