Kinetic Novel Test: Monochrome EotU

Last Saturday I decided to start a small project to practice using a certain visual novel engine called Ren'Py. I wanted to get a feel for the coding and drawing appropriate images. And so, I created this.
It took about three days and the code is kind of messy. But I don't think it turned out too bad for being my first try.

A Kinetic Novel is a type of visual novel where the player does not interact with the story, by the way.

I chose to use the Monochrome prologue for my test since it was short and included a lot of dialogue.
I fell back in love with this story in the process. This prologue really doesn't do it justice xD

My screen capture program destroyed the quality of the images. I'll post them full quality on my deviantArt account soon. :3

I'm wondering why this is called a "Kinetic Novel" and how it differs from a regular "Visual Novel". Is it just that there are no choices in the there?

Amazing :D I admire your dedication! If I was doing something like this I would have quit after the first day lol. The story also looks cool.
