Just google something along the lines of disposable camera taser. We didn't use any specific instructions for ours. We just took the idea and ran with it.

We didn't follow any exact directions. Just google something along the lines of "disposable camera tazer." There are plans for those all over the web. As far as ours is concerned, just replace the capacitor from the disposable camera with one from a larger camera flash.

We got brave/stupid enough to test it out on ourselves the other day. The muscles around the site of the touch contract instantly and intensely. It's not really painful, but it's definitely not comfortable. When fully charged it brought one of the guys to the ground.
