Myanmar is holding a second day of voting in its constitutional referendum while roughly two million people are still without aid after Cyclone Nargis.

The military government is seeking approval on a new charter observers say will tighten the regime's grip.

Al Jazeera's correspondent inside Myanmar, not identifying her for her own security, has more from Yangon.

  • They also don't mention, but if they change the constitution, Aung Sang Suu Kyi will be banned from politics.

    She is currently the only Nobel Peace Prize Winner to be under house arrest, not to mention, last time they help a true election, she was elected by land-slide.
