www.yoga.org.nz presents a basic beginners yoga breathing routine a great start for any yoga class to centre the mind . Basic Pranayama is good for alot of aspect of yoga.

The simple act of learning to control the breath has a number of beneficial effects on your wellbeing, ranging from increasing your energy, to improved relaxation into sleep. It purifies the body by flushing away the gaseous by products of metabolism and will also help you to remain calm in the face of the challenges that we encounter in our everyday lives.
By harnessing the power of the breath the mind can be stilled and can be prepared for your Yoga practise.

Bhakti yoga means total love for God or God realization , But you have left out many other important and valid paths . Rāja Yoga "royal union" Karma Yoga, "discipline of action" Jnana Yoga, "path of knowledge" & Hatha Yoga "preparatory stage of physical purification that the body practices for higher meditation. " There is no quick fix and you have to start somewhere

  • i'm almost 19 and i feel like my body is not as functional as it should be, i'm 1,75 cm tall and weight 62 kg but i have no flexibility and posture problems. And as most people, anxiety issues. So i've decided to try Yoga to get in shape. Thank you for the videos :)
