ultimate best way is to break into the persons house (using gloves and cardboard cut outs over the soles of your shoes. Take out the living rppm or bed room lighbulb. Drill a small hole at the top using a glass drillbit. Fill the lightbulb with petrol put tape over the hole and screw the bulb back in... Then when they come home in the dark they reach for the light switch and the room becomes a massive fireball
