One thing i cant understand after watching a huge session of Chinese street food stands - why do they have to put the bing in a plastic bag? i'd prefer eating it with bare hands and not intoxicate myself with chemicals. There is a big variety of paper bags they could use.

it's some kind of very thin pankake with an egg and herbs on it, as well as two sorts of sauce. The rectangular thing she puts in is some kind of crispy wafer. This breakfast makes me miss Beijing.
