There is a problem with many old celebrated paintings. Either the women are too masculine looking (like Rubens) from the torso down, or they have boyish flat chests. This pictures subject looked physically feminine but lost it in the breast region.

The painting is by an artist called Mary Raphael. it was done in 1896 and it's correct title is "A Wood Nymph"
