so i downloaded this thing then brought some blank disks now its not letting me burn it onto the disk becuase when i click on it is says 'enter administator password'

Ok, you have miss something, you need to download and burn the software in another computer, not your locked computer, remember it? I've said in the video guide

I tried it for my laptop and it corrupted my operating system and costed 120$ to repair. Then when we asked for our money back, it kept saying "Unknown address error 550-'Mailbox quota exceeded'" This program is FAIL. Frist, I am sorry to hear that, you can contact the support team at the official site, they do promise a 30 day money back. You should do it follow the guides, download the program in another computer not your locked one, then burn it to a disk, then insert the disk to your computer to remove the password. There is no need to call one to repair, it doens't corrupted your system of course.

@Diana11720 Actualy, I have a netbook without a disk reader so I bought the full version for the USB. We tried reading the instructions on the website but everything looked different. Then when I tried to start my computer it gave me a fatal error message. I took it in to repair and they say'd there was no longer an operating system, so they reinstalled that for 120$.

peoples dont be wasting your money on this shit , just reinstall windows . if ya dont have the disc take your ass to the pirates bay and jack it for free , its a bit like the silver bullet but it works
