Satan's Bridge footage 1999-2000

Video documentation from the year 2000 of large amounts of dead animals placed in a ditch near Stateline Bridge (also known as Satan's Bridge) in Cascade, Virginia, at the border with North Carolina. Although several nights I had continuously watched the area, I never found out who was putting the bodies there. Also footage from the year 1999 of graffiti and the supposed ritual grounds beneath the bridge. This is video supplement to an article about the bridge published in the 1999 issue of Euantes, George Washington High School's art and literary magazine, Danville, Va. one report i can remember was that 4 baby deer had been hog-tied to each other and hanged off the edge of the middle of the bridge.

went there.. the other day. it smelt horrible. we searched for the smell of death.. but couldnt find anything. the grass was very high tho.. and it was getting dark. i did see a turtle and a biiiiig fishie tho =] but seriously it smelt like death.

somebody commented on here that the dead animals carcasses were dumped by hunters, which makes sense. This does nothing but support "satanic ritual abuse" which has led to the wrongful conviction of innocent people and allowed murders to go unsolved because police think they were part of a satanic ritual, the truth is the graffiti and the pentagrams are just bored kids who think they are badass being stupid and thinking they are cool like the metal songs they listen to.

I lost my virginity at Satan's bridge in 1990. :D It was an older, MUCH creepier looking bridge at that time though. I think it was rebuilt in 1991 or a new bridge was built in a different location, I'm not sure.

haha ive been there like 3 times in the past 2 months, nothing bad, went all at night, diff ppl sometimes the same, the scariest thing is when cars go 95mph across it and u try not to get hit

This bridge is the "new" Satan's Bridge. We used to go there as teens in the mid 80's and the bridge was much creepier. The rumor was that a cult would meet there once a month for meetings and sometimes there would be sacrificial rites. It was also told that there had been bodies found hung under the bridge or nearby.
