thomas lang and vrgil are like dennis and tony! Tony not better than dennis and thomas not better than virgil! Virgil can do all the craziest stuff and hold a pocket and i can guarentee that thomas watched virgil! no one other than terry bozio has toms above there cymbals an plays them ! no one has done what virgil has done! but i love Lang and hes taken it to the next level but virgils pocket is way sicker!

Really it is not a contest? thanks for the info. Maybe if you read what I was responding to you would understand my comments, which had nothing to do with what was musical or not. And he is a drummer who is an amazing musician. Did you take a poll of all the people in order to make that statement?

@jaban It's not a contest man, it's no a contest...
Or if it's a contest it could be the reason why people tend to see Virgil more as a drummer than a musician, and it's a shame the purpose of each musical instrument is to make some music, good if possible.

Virgil has no peers when it comes to interdependence combining the left and right sides where as everyone focuses for the most part on top and bottom. And HE IS! the Pioneer of taking the feet where they have not been before. Long before Lang and Minneman and MAngini there was Virg breaking ground and still doing it.

more independence? his name would be thomas lang, but i have to admit that lang is better than donati, but i like both, donati with a point or two above, Whereas the qualification is very up to 1000
