Part 2 best back exercies - max strength using 6 sets of 2-4 reps as heavy as possible taking the weak grip element out of th equation by using griping aids and also making the eccentric part of the contraction as long as 5 seconds to really force muscles to respond in the strength curve.

  • there's 2 bars at my gym there's a wide 1 and a wider 1.. will wider give me a wider back? i use the wider 1 and do about 60.. is there a difference between going to the front of the neck and the back?

  • @imstm Each hand position will provide a slight variation, go wide as poss for width, not just in lat pull but in as many other backe exercises. Anotomically its better to go to the front for your lat pulls
