RUSH "Far Cry" - Boston - Time Machine Tour 2010 - HD High Quality

Rush ending the second set with Far Cry in Boston. Awesome flawless show until all hell breaks loose when Alex's amp rig seems to "feel the circuits blowing!" Consummate professionals Geddy and Neil finish the song out. Make sure to watch the hilarious follow on to this as they then start the encore (La Villa Strangiato) with a still broken rig.

So no gear problems yet on this tour?

"None and I'm knocking on wood. It's been pretty good, there are always a couple of issues here and there and we've had a few little problems on this tour -- and tracing them back through a complex system can always be challenging. But I think we got all the bugs out of it on the first half of the tour so it should be smooth sailing on the back end."

@snapascrew yeah I never updated the description but I've figure it wasn't just a wireless pack but I've not seen any technical discussion of what really happened. Have a source snap? I know Ged's tech Russ posts occasionally on the tb forum but I hadn't thought to ask

True Professionals all he way. Alex had every right to be pissed, but Ged and Neil powered through like champs. This is what musicianship is all about. Now take a band like Kings of Leon who walked off stage after the 3rd song because a few birds crapped on them in an open air show. Musicians like Rush do not exist anymore, sorry kids. Enjoy every note and beat while you still can. Long live RUSH!!

This song was awesome. Shows what kind of guys they are. When one has problems, the other two come in and help out. I did notice that Alex didn't give up on Ged in terms of the backing vocals. Shows the dedication they have to each other and to the band. Kudos to them. Thanks so much for the perfect upload. Just sublime. More please.

a Rush trainwreck is still some other bands best performance. They put on a hell of a show night after night after night... even if they do have technical difficulties they somehow make it seem like part of the show.... Amazing!
