A Right is NEVER an obligation on another. The RIGHT to life, the RIGHT to liberty, the RIGHT to the pursuit of happiness...etc, are NOT obligations on others, but restrants on those who wish to violate the Rights of others.

There is no "Right" to ANYTHING that another person is FORCED to give you. Healthcare is no more a Right than food, housing, a job...etc. If you believe there is, then you are a MARXIST!
