TINY TOON ADVENTURES: BUSTER BUSTS LOOSE (1993 KONAMI)

Konami's excellent video game adaptation of the popular 90's animated show. This is a playthrough of the second level, which is a American Old Western-themed level. The most difficult part of this level is the train section, which is an auto-scrolling obstacle course. Characters from different Tiny Toons episodes appear in this level, such as Silas Wonder and his goons (including the one wearing the Yale sweater) from episode "Sawdust and Tonsils", as well as the coyote bandidos from the episode "High Toon". Barky Marky appears, but as an enemy.

  • I guess stage two of Buster Busts Loose for the SNES makes up for the crappy NES version of Back to the Future...Eventhough, stage two of BBS SNES is kinda almost refurring to Back to the Future III.

    Also, I'm wondering...

I have this game, and everytime I play it on normal mode, the game freezes Buster right at the point where he's about to dash onto the engine. I'm wondering if that's a glitch or if that's supposed to happen...

Anyway, I could never beat it on normal mode for that reason.

  • This is a documented bug. It happens if you map your Dash to anything other than the R button. To avoid this problem, leave your control bindings at default.

  • Did you want to get to 88 mph just so you could do that epic Back to the Future reference?

  • You need to get to 88 MPH to clear the level. I did not even pick up the reference when I first played this game in 1993.

  • Was this uploaded solely to make a Back to the Future joke?

  • When I was little it was always the jumprope part that got me. Seriously.

I think we need a Buster Bunny skin for Sonic in MKF.

  • So bad you recorded this video on an emulator, it can be noted on the different sound effects of the jump sound, I can tell the difference since I have tho original SNES cart.

  • best game ever

  • I remember, this game was damn hard. I mean really difficult.

Not only were the controls really annoying and slow, the level design was evil, too...

  • the music is so annoying

  • 7:19 hahaha Buster Bust is soo cute :))

  • and that my friends is what we call 1990'S 3D ACTION!!!! KICK ASS!!! 1:05

I remember playing this game ALL THE TIME when I was a kid.. LOVED THIS SOOO MUCH! Also, am I the only one who thinks that the tiny toons movie is one of the best things ever made??

  • lol i once remember playin dis game

  • i hated this stage

  • Agreed. While The SNES Game Has More Onscreen Colors (256 Instead of 64), In My Opinion, The Genesis Game Was More Fun to Play Because it Had Over 30 Levels (Including Hidden Ones), Faster Action (Blast Processing Anyone?), and a More Developed Storyline / Plot.

Thankfully, Both Games Are a HUGE Improvement Over Most of Today's Cartoon-Based Video Games.

  • Well it was a different game, called "Buster's Hidden Treasure", it was my favorite as a kid
