The DMCA is a U.S. law and Shawn is in Canada, a fact I am sure he's considered in filing the false notices.

Civil suite would be the avenue to pursue but that would involve hiring a lawyer in Toronto.

Also, youtube should probably be named as a codefendant for allowing a known false-flagger to take down other peoples videos by fraud.
