Here's a little wireless test video of the horns on my Land Cruiser and G16E Golf Cart...

The K3HA is connected to the factory alarm system on the Cruiser and the HornBlaster HB4H is connected to a receiver I hacked from a wireless winch I installed previously..

oh ok cool, thanks for the help, sorry i couldnt be much help

  • @dcv8z1

Well, if the other button is for a 2nd channel, it would be very simple.

However, if it's a system set button, you'll need to add a timed channel expander and it will work on a delay (press button quickly to either lock and unlock, hold button down to trigger horn)

Either way requires some probing of your system with a meter as all systems work differently.

Other than that, you can add a separate remote system for about $12 bucks.

unfortunately i dont have the manual, i got the car in 08 second hand, is there another way of doin it?

  • @dcv8z1

OK, the other button is either a 2nd channel or a system setting button.

Do you happen to have the manual for the system?

  • @98snakeeater

one button locks and unlocks, the other has no function

  • @dcv8z1

So one button locks and unlocks or does one lock and the other unlock?

  • @98snakeeater

the remote has two buttons, only have to press it once to open all four doors (a short press of the button)

  • @dcv8z1

OK, sounds like you're abroad because we don't have those in the US.

How many buttons does your remote have?

Do you have to push a specific button more than once to unlock the other 3 doors (progressive locks)?
